Project Manager

• Creation of structured documents and project plans in conjunction with Project Managers, in line with project objectives & timelines;
• Working with project managers and colleagues across the business to track progress against key deliverables;
• Creation of internal and external reports and dashboards, and attending governance meetings when required to report on progress;
• Monitor cost tracking against project budgets, including reporting on project spend;
• Working with various project stakeholders (internal & external) to support in scheduling of project meetings;
• Supporting project managers in the completion of lessons learned reviews post implementation and manage actions through to completion;

• To ensure projects are delivered safely in accordance with Health & Safety legislation, policies, contractual specifications and obligations and manuals
• Owner of the “Implementation Project” from design and commercial governance approvals through to service transition into ‘In Life’ Operations
• To work with various stakeholders across the business to deliver customer driven projects independently or as part of a wider programme to time, cost, and quality criteria
• To ensure resources (both internal and external) are arranged to implement the solution on schedule, sourcing quotes where necessary and ensuring statement of works are in place that are in line with the design and customer requirements for the project
