Network Assurance Engineer

Field Engineer

• Deliver first-class customer support, technical solutions, and commissioning of new or upgraded sites
• Troubleshoot network and client device issues onsite
• Collaborate with Customer Service, Technical Support, and Installation teams
• Perform network performance analysis, compile reports, and respond to monitoring alerts
• Conduct scheduled maintenance and respond to live break-fix faults in the field
• Carry out wireless surveys, Wi-Fi optimisation, and support compliance with installation standards
• Provide technical services for infrastructure installation (cabling, fibre, cabinets, switches)
• Commission remote sites onto the Wifinity core network
• Audit installation quality and create/test procedures
• Investigate and repair faults, liaising with management team
• Keep accurate records of changes, ensuring new hardware/services are integrated
• Ensure safe working conditions and compliance with Health & Safety standards

• Provide high level of service through day to day engagement and relationship building

• Manage, maintain, and control all project and organisational documentation, ensuring content is accurate, up to date, and readily accessible
• Create, review, and refine detailed technical specifications to support project development and implementation
• Own onboarding materials to communicate and embed corporate changes and standards
• Implement and maintain robust document version control, approval, and archiving processes
• Administer the organisation’s document control framework within Confluence, including tagging, categorisation, permissions, and access controls
• Ensure all documentation complies with ISO 9001 and other applicable ISO standards
• Regularly review and audit documentation to confirm compliance, identifying gaps and implementing corrective actions where required
• Support ISO certification and surveillance audits, including preparation of documentation, audit participation, and follow-up on non-conformances
• Conduct routine quality checks and audits to ensure documentation is complete, accurate, and consistent
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to promote adherence to documentation standards, procedures, and governance frameworks
• Ensure documentation aligns with company policies, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices
• Provide training and ongoing support to staff on the effective use of Confluence and document control processes
• Define, document, and promote best practices for documentation creation, storage, and maintenance
• Act as the primary point of contact for document control and ISO-related queries, providing clear guidance and support to team members
