About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead the acquisition and retention marketing strategy and non-digital campaign delivery to grow B2C revenue
  • Shape and execute end-to-end marketing plans that drive awareness, engagement, and sales to Armed Forces, student and other B2C end customers
  • Take full ownership of programme strategy, multi-channel campaign planning, and lead the delivery of integrated campaigns
  • Manage door-to-door agency and sustain communication with defence stakeholders
  • Deliver all set targets contributing to a successful business function in line with strategic objectives
  • Develop and execute data-driven marketing plans to contribute to revenue targets
  • Identify and explore new routes to market, partnerships, and sponsorship opportunities
  • Ensure all campaigns are audience-centric, measurable, and performance-driven
  • Use data and insight to identify gaps, friction points, and growth opportunities
  • Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance and manage budgets effectively

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Proven B2C marketing experience
  • Excellent track record of acquisition and retention campaign results
  • Advanced verbal and written communication skills, with fluency in English
  • Ability to multitask effectively across multiple projects and sectors simultaneously
  • Confidence in engaging and influencing stakeholders at all levels of seniority
  • Innovative mindset, with the ability to generate new ideas and opportunities for the business
  • Strong planning and organisational skills with the ability to prioritise, adapt, and deliver in a fast-paced environment
  • Proven experience in a senior marketing role, with ownership of strategy and delivery of end-to-end multi-channel campaigns.
  • Demonstrable experience in customer journey mapping, including using data and insights (e.g. surveys) to drive continuous improvement.
  • Strong stakeholder management experience, with the ability to work effectively across different seniority levels and build trusted relationships.
  • Field marketing experience.
  • Experience managing multiple concurrent projects and priorities, with a track record of delivering results in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
  • Line management experience
