About the role

  • Manage end-to-end recruiting for Product Design and Creative teams
  • Lead hiring for Design teams by partnering closely with hiring managers
  • Source strong design talent, experimenting with creative channels
  • Act as a full-cycle recruiter from sourcing to closing candidates
  • Manage pipelines for multiple concurrent roles of varying complexity
  • Assist with developing job posts, hiring plans, and rubrics
  • Iterate on candidate feedback to improve the recruiting process
  • Mentor peers and share best practices to build a culture of continuous improvement
  • Improve and standardize recruiting workflows that can scale with company growth
  • Emphasize diversity by seeking new points of view

Requirements

  • 7+ years of Product Design and/or Creative recruiting with a deep network and experience in high-growth startups or fast-paced companies of scale
  • A track record of filling Product Design and Creative roles across multiple levels, including leadership
  • Ability to manage the entire process of a candidate end to end
  • Enjoy sourcing for your positions and take pride in nurturing and building relationships with passive talent
  • Comfort operating in a fast-paced startup environment
  • Provide an incredible candidate experience
  • Extremely organized and can balance multiple competing priorities
  • Data-focused; measure pipeline health to balance priorities and set hiring manager expectations
  • Champion for diversity hiring & inclusive interview practices
