Manage end-to-end recruiting for Product Design and Creative teams
Lead hiring for Design teams by partnering closely with hiring managers
Source strong design talent, experimenting with creative channels
Act as a full-cycle recruiter from sourcing to closing candidates
Manage pipelines for multiple concurrent roles of varying complexity
Assist with developing job posts, hiring plans, and rubrics
Iterate on candidate feedback to improve the recruiting process
Mentor peers and share best practices to build a culture of continuous improvement
Improve and standardize recruiting workflows that can scale with company growth
Emphasize diversity by seeking new points of view
Requirements
7+ years of Product Design and/or Creative recruiting with a deep network and experience in high-growth startups or fast-paced companies of scale
A track record of filling Product Design and Creative roles across multiple levels, including leadership
Ability to manage the entire process of a candidate end to end
Enjoy sourcing for your positions and take pride in nurturing and building relationships with passive talent
Comfort operating in a fast-paced startup environment
Provide an incredible candidate experience
Extremely organized and can balance multiple competing priorities
Data-focused; measure pipeline health to balance priorities and set hiring manager expectations
