About the role

  • This role is a remote opportunity, however applicants must be based in the US and on an EST timezone.
  • Are you a dynamic Talent Acquisition Specialist/Partner ready to play a key role in supercharging our commercial growth? This isn't just about filling seats; it’s about strategically building the teams— Sales, Customer Service, Customer Success, and Marketing—that fuel our position as the largest and fastest-growing beauty booking app in the world.
  • You'll be instrumental in shaping our top-tier TA strategy, ensuring we attract, select, and onboard the best GTM talent, with a special focus on US expansion.
  • You’ll report to our Global Talent Lead, where you’ll be part of a distributed, global team that’s currently building out best-in-class talent processes, and implementing a new ATS (Workable).
  • We’re looking for you to bring your creative side to help us shape our Employer Value Proposition and design a seamless, effective interview process that assesses candidates from both a competency and cultural perspective.
  • You’ll have free rein on how you identify, connect, and bring on the best commercial talent to Booksy.
  • If you're someone who is wired to self-start, can navigate a fast-paced, ever-changing environment with a positive attitude, and is ready to mix long-term strategic work with short-term priorities, then the chances are you’ll thrive in this role.

Requirements

  • Strong experience in commercial and GTM recruitment, with exposure to Field Sales recruitment being an added advantage.
  • Experience in the tech sector and a start-up/scale-up environment is ideal.
  • You must be based in the EST timezone
  • Strong admin and organizational skills, ideally having helped build new processes and systems.
  • A passion for creating talent pipelines, networks, and competitor market maps, and attending industry-specific events.
  • Experience with strong reporting capabilities (tracking in-put and out-put metrics).
  • Strong experience in interview design to enhance the quality of hire.
  • Experience in Talent Attraction—agency and in-house experience would be an advantage.
