Manage requirements in JIRA, ensure availability to scrum team, collaborate and track prioritization, and adhere to agile development principles with support from the solution manager
Work with Solution Managers and other Solution Analysts to understand and support WellSky’s product strategy and roadmap for Specialty Care solutions
Work with internal stakeholders and WellSky clients to analyze and document client business problems and opportunities related to Specialty Care initiatives
Act as the Product Owner within the development team creating epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria definitions to support the development of WellSky solutions
Develop and maintain business intelligence including transforming data into insights and reporting to improve the value of the solution
Maintain current solution documentation and support compliance processes
Demonstrate and effectively articulate current and planned solution features functionality to internal stakeholders
Facilitate collaboration with stakeholders to create user stories for small- to medium-sized projects following standard practices and guidelines
Gather success criteria data and report on solution metrics, key performance indicators, and client adoption
Perform other job duties as assigned
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
At least 0 - 2 years relevant work experience
Experience directly working with translating business and technical requirements into the form of epics and user stories (Preferred)
Experience in business intelligence, analytics or a related role (Preferred)
Agile Product Owner or Pragmatic Marketing certification (Preferred)
Experience with APIs and 3rd party integrations (Preferred)
Experience with data analytics tools, big data and business intelligence (Preferred)
Experience working with third party BI platforms such as Orbit Analytics, Sisense, Qlik, Tableau, Looker, etc. (Preferred)
Willing to travel up to 20% based on business needs
Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed
Must work in accordance with applicable security policies and procedures to safeguard company and client information
Must be able to sit and view a computer screen for extended periods of time
