About the role
- Manage requirements in JIRA, ensure availability to scrum team, collaborate and track prioritization, and adhere to agile development principles with support from the solution manager
- Work with Solution Managers and other Solution Analysts to understand and support WellSky’s product strategy and roadmap for Specialty Care solutions
- Work with internal stakeholders and WellSky clients to analyze and document client business problems and opportunities related to Specialty Care initiatives
- Act as the Product Owner within the development team creating epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria definitions to support the development of WellSky solutions
- Develop and maintain business intelligence including transforming data into insights and reporting to improve the value of the solution
- Maintain current solution documentation and support compliance processes
- Demonstrate and effectively articulate current and planned solution features functionality to internal stakeholders
- Facilitate collaboration with stakeholders to create user stories for small- to medium-sized projects following standard practices and guidelines
- Gather success criteria data and report on solution metrics, key performance indicators, and client adoption
- Perform other job duties as assigned
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
- At least 0 - 2 years relevant work experience
- Experience directly working with translating business and technical requirements into the form of epics and user stories (Preferred)
- Experience in business intelligence, analytics or a related role (Preferred)
- Agile Product Owner or Pragmatic Marketing certification (Preferred)
- Experience with APIs and 3rd party integrations (Preferred)
- Experience with data analytics tools, big data and business intelligence (Preferred)
- Experience working with third party BI platforms such as Orbit Analytics, Sisense, Qlik, Tableau, Looker, etc. (Preferred)
- Willing to travel up to 20% based on business needs
- Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed
- Must work in accordance with applicable security policies and procedures to safeguard company and client information
- Must be able to sit and view a computer screen for extended periods of time
