Plan and optimize loads, equipment pools, and shipment lanes for customer deliveries
Monitor carrier performance, develop and track KPIs to maintain high service levels
Deliver analytics, forecasts, and operational insights to reduce costs and improve capacity management
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance network performance in the US and Canada
Troubleshoot shipment issues, support peak periods, special events, and new store openings
Partner with Distribution Centers, Store Operations, eCommerce Operations, Customer Service, Sales, Finance and external 3PLs, parcel/LTL/TL carriers, freight brokers
Working location: Spartanburg, SC; support for hybrid work policy (office Monday–Thursday, remote Friday with in-office exceptions)
Requirements
Experience with transportation management systems and routing or modeling tools
Strong analytical and data management skills to transform complex data into clear insights
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and BI platforms such as MicroStrategy or Tableau
Solid understanding of all transportation modes (IM, LTL, TL, small parcel) and capacity planning
Collaborative communication skills to build effective partnerships with carriers and teams
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Analytics, Engineering, Logistics, or Supply Chain preferred
1–3 years of relevant transportation or supply chain experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
