Support the development of merchant services sales for government banking clients
Partner with Treasury Management Sales Consultants and Relationship Managers in a consultative selling role
Responsible for meeting annual sales goals and pipelining activity targets
Lead complex cross-functional initiatives and B2B Sales projects
Participate in large-scale planning for Business to Business (B2B) Sales functional area
Review and analyze complex, multi-faceted, large-scale business, operational, or technical challenges
Make decisions in complex situations, guiding a broader work team to meet deliverables
Collaborate with peers and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals
Mentor less experienced individuals
Requirements
5+ years of Business to Business (B2B) Sales experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of work experience, training, military experience, education
Experience with Merchant products and services
Experience working within the government space and knowledge of RFP’s
Skilled in building strong partnerships through effective collaboration, relationship management, and communication
Ability to think strategically, implement, and deliver business objectives
Excellent communication skills
Strong presentation skills
Strong organizational skills
Ability to travel up to 50-75% of time
