About the role

  • Leverage pharmacy and clinical expertise to meet client’s strategic goals
  • Develop and present a comprehensive strategy aligning and supporting to the client’s strategic goals
  • Lead adoption of clinical solutions to clients through consultative methods
  • Lead custom formulary management recommendation discussions with client
  • Lead development, preparation, and presentation of clinical strategy for clients assigned
  • Maintain strong client relationships to ensure retention/satisfaction/upsell targets are met
  • Share best practice standards with broader CAE peer audience
  • Engage in client dialogue that addresses the needs of the client while building trust and credibility

Requirements

  • Current U.S. Pharmacist License
  • Minimum of 5 years licensure experience preferred
  • 3 years of Client facing experience preferred
  • Workers’ Compensation experience preferred
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft applications
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills required
  • Ability to work on multiple tasks, prioritize, resolve complex issues, and have strong project management skills
  • Ability to learn multiple internal reporting and analytic tools for client management
