About the role
- Leverage pharmacy and clinical expertise to meet client’s strategic goals
- Develop and present a comprehensive strategy aligning and supporting to the client’s strategic goals
- Lead adoption of clinical solutions to clients through consultative methods
- Lead custom formulary management recommendation discussions with client
- Lead development, preparation, and presentation of clinical strategy for clients assigned
- Maintain strong client relationships to ensure retention/satisfaction/upsell targets are met
- Share best practice standards with broader CAE peer audience
- Engage in client dialogue that addresses the needs of the client while building trust and credibility
Requirements
- Current U.S. Pharmacist License
- Minimum of 5 years licensure experience preferred
- 3 years of Client facing experience preferred
- Workers’ Compensation experience preferred
- Proficiency in using Microsoft applications
- Excellent presentation and communication skills required
- Ability to work on multiple tasks, prioritize, resolve complex issues, and have strong project management skills
- Ability to learn multiple internal reporting and analytic tools for client management
