About the role
- Drive specialty pharmacy growth by building strong provider relationships and managing referral pipelines
- Ensure timely patient access to therapies by coordinating with hubs, case managers, and payers to expedite prior authorizations and onboarding
- Collaborate cross-functionally with clinical, access, pharmacists, and manufacturer partners to align strategies and deliver cohesive support
- Deliver education and training for provider offices, staff, and stakeholders on specialty therapies
- Leverage data analysis, CRM tools, and territory development strategies to track referral trends and optimize territory performance
- Prioritize key accounts, manage referral flow, and execute daily schedules through CRM planning
- Target new prescribers, infusion centers, and community opportunities to expand specialty footprint
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, related field or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of sales experience
- Knowledge of third party reimbursement
- Clinical patient support experience in physician’s office, hospital or pharmacy setting preferred
- RN or LPN preferred
- Current state’s driver license
