Provide operational support and incident resolution for Microsoft 365 services, including MS Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and related tools
Participate in complex technical issues and initiatives related to enterprise collaboration systems and infrastructure
Monitor system performance, identify trends, and implement improvements to enhance reliability and user experience
Analyze technical queries and service requests, extract relevant data, and create reports or dashboards to support decision-making
Recommend solutions for recurring technical issues and contribute to root cause analysis efforts
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment with governance, compliance, and security standards
Act as a subject matter expert and internal consultant for M365 tools and best practices
Document operational procedures and contribute to knowledge base articles for internal use
Requirements
2+ years of Systems Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
2+ years of experience supporting Microsoft 365 services, specifically MS Teams and SharePoint Online
2+ years of experience with service management tools (e.g., ServiceNow) and ITIL practices
