About the role

  • Support the Regulatory Compliance Management (RCM) Program and Framework; focus on data consistency and governance across compliance, risk management and operations domains
  • Shape data strategy, collaborate cross-functionally, and assist in establishing governance standards
  • Design and implement a comprehensive data management strategy, automated validation and quality control
  • Build and maintain datasets, pipelines, dashboards, and reporting processes; develop risk models and dashboards
  • Analyze data to identify compliance trends and emerging risks; create executive summaries for leadership and the Board
  • Define enterprise data governance standards, policies, escalation protocols
  • Automate tactical compliance solutions, governance controls, and data remediations
  • Translate regulatory and business requests into audit-ready reports; evaluate KRIs and KPIs
  • Consolidate data from multiple sources into a centralized repository; support management reporting

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Statistics or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in data analysis or data engineering with focus on compliance/risk or regulatory reporting
  • Working knowledge of elements of an effective compliance management system
  • Excellent writing skills and ability to communicate executive summaries
  • Strong computer skills: MS Word, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, Visio, Outlook
  • Familiarity with GRC and compliance tools (ServiceNow, Archer, MERLIN, SharePoint)
  • Professional demeanor, interpersonal skills; ability to work with regulators and internal stakeholders
  • Ability to work independently in fast-paced environments; track record of delivering results
  • Master's degree in MBA, Project Management, Engineering Management, or related field (a plus)
  • Certifications in risk management or financial analysis (FRM, PMI-RMP, CFA) (a plus)
  • Prior consulting experience in Compliance Advisory, Risk Management, or Audit (a plus)
  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent work experience
