Project Manager

• Coordinate and oversee franchise activities, including new unit development, resales, renewals, transfers, and closures
• Meet with existing franchisees to ensure all required information, documentation, and system records are accurate and up to date
• Ensure all steps in the franchise lifecycle are completed accurately, on time, and in alignment with franchise agreements and brand standards
• Develop and document standardized processes for managing franchise lifecycle events and create systems to measure compliance
• Regularly audit processes and records and partner with cross-functional teams to close compliance gaps
• Build and maintain reporting dashboards (e.g., FranConnect) and provide leadership with visibility into key pipeline metrics
• Suggest improvements to reporting and data tracking to support growth initiatives
• Assist in planning and coordinating Franchise Confirmation Day events and other franchise growth events (trade shows, conferences, expos)
• Prepare presentations, reports, and supporting documentation for candidates and ensure event activities are documented in systems
• Partner with Accounting, Legal, Operations, Technology, and Systems to manage fees, agreements, onboarding, and platform improvements
• Provide clear, professional communication with franchisees, candidates, and internal teams; document project updates and present to leadership
