• Establish and oversee the strategy for onboarding new franchisees and managing ownership transfers, ensuring seamless transitions and sustained performance.

• Direct the NSO performance framework, including KPIs, reporting, and forecasting models.
• Leverage data to identify trends, inform strategic decisions, and proactively mitigate risks impacting new store success.

Vice President, New Store Openings – Transfers

Project Manager

• Develop and execute franchisee communications strategy across all brands, aligned to company priorities and change initiatives
• Maintain and manage a comprehensive communications calendar and governance/intake processes (company, brand, operational)
• Serve as the crossfunctional communications lead, coordinating messaging and deliverables with Marketing, Operations, Training, Technology, Legal, and Finance
• Represent communications in highstakes settings with a strong, confident executive presence (e.g., conferences, stakeholder briefings); serve as a trusted point of contact for the CEO and senior leaders
• Lead franchisee facing communications: weekly/biweekly emails, messaging standards, content intake, approval workflows, and maintain the franchisee resource center/repository

• Lead the strategy, performance, and profitability of the Wellness and Vitality Exchange (WAVE) business unit.
• Responsible for the end-to-end supply chain, including sourcing, procurement, vendor management, distribution, inventory planning, and customer experience.
• Focus on scaling the WAVE platform through operational excellence, strong supplier partnerships, and technology-enabled supply chain capabilities.
• Develop and execute the operating strategy for the WAVE platform.

Customer Support

• Serve as the first point of contact for all franchise support requests.
• Log, categorize, prioritize, and route tickets appropriately within Zendesk.
• Maintain clear documentation and communication throughout the ticket lifecycle.
• Ensure franchise inquiries are acknowledged and addressed in a timely manner.
• Resolve routine and repeatable issues, including password resets and account access assistance.
• Provide Tier 1 support for franchise Google Workspace accounts.
• Assist with account creation requests, license verification, and standard configuration guidance.
• Gather necessary diagnostics before escalating infrastructure-related concerns.
• Participate in a rotating on-call schedule, including some evenings and/or weekends to cover franchise business hours across time zones.

Franchise Support Specialist

Content Marketing Manager

• Manage and execute the franchise communications content calendar and intake/submission process to coordinate the review, editing, and publishing of content across brand-specific content management systems, e-news platforms, and Zendesk knowledge centers.
• Maintain and continuously improve content management systems, including Zendesk and brand intranets, ensuring information is accurate, current, searchable, and accessible.
• Produce and manage content for franchise newsletters, webinars, system announcements, articles, and LinkedIn, ensuring alignment with brand voice and corporate priorities.
• Plan, facilitate, and execute webinars and digital events using tools such as Zoom and Google Slides, including content development, scheduling, promotion, and post-event follow-up.
