Content Marketing Manager

• Manage and execute the franchise communications content calendar and intake/submission process to coordinate the review, editing, and publishing of content across brand-specific content management systems, e-news platforms, and Zendesk knowledge centers.
• Maintain and continuously improve content management systems, including Zendesk and brand intranets, ensuring information is accurate, current, searchable, and accessible.
• Produce and manage content for franchise newsletters, webinars, system announcements, articles, and LinkedIn, ensuring alignment with brand voice and corporate priorities.
• Plan, facilitate, and execute webinars and digital events using tools such as Zoom and Google Slides, including content development, scheduling, promotion, and post-event follow-up.
• Maintain the franchise CRM and distribution lists to ensure accurate segmentation, reliable message delivery, and consistent communication across franchisees, operators, and internal stakeholders.
• Monitor performance metrics and engagement across communication channels, analyze trends, and recommend strategic improvements to enhance reach, clarity, and effectiveness.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for franchise-facing messaging, ensuring consistency, clarity, and tone across all brands, channels, and leadership communications.
• Translate complex operational, marketing, tech, legal, and corporate initiatives into clear, actionable guidance for franchise owners and operators.
• Support the development and maintenance of standardized messaging frameworks, templates, and communication playbooks for executive leadership, brand teams, and field support teams.
• Assist in the design and implementation of structured feedback mechanisms to capture franchisee input, sentiment, and emerging issues, and surface insights to leadership.
• Support development of executive presentations, leadership updates, and system-wide communications for conferences, advisory councils, and key initiatives.
• Coordinate responses to franchise-related media inquiries in partnership with leadership and external partners.
• Support the development and execution of crisis communication plans, ensuring timely, accurate, and aligned messaging to franchisees and internal stakeholders during sensitive or high-impact situations.
• Serve as a communications liaison across Legal, Operations, Marketing, and Executive Leadership to ensure messaging is approved, compliant, and strategically aligned.

Manager, Franchise Content and Communications

Director

• Provide enterprise-wide oversight of all aspects of new studio openings, ensuring consistent, high-quality execution of operational readiness, training, and performance ramp-up within the first 90 and 180 days of operation.
• Set and drive the strategic direction for new store opening processes, partnering closely with franchisees, studio managers, and franchisee support teams to ensure alignment, accountability, and seamless execution across all phases of the opening lifecycle.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for onboarding franchisees following ownership transfers or studio sales, ensuring smooth operational transitions, continuity of brand standards, and minimal disruption to performance.
• Leverage data analytics and performance reporting to assess NSO effectiveness, identify trends and risks, and implement continuous improvements that enhance both opening execution and ongoing studio performance.
• Lead presale strategy and execution by managing the digital marketing vendor, designing compelling presale offers, and ensuring strong campaign performance that drives early membership acquisition and Day 1 revenue for franchisees.
• Direct and develop the NSO team while proactively managing franchisee sentiment by building trusted relationships, providing clear communication, and serving as a visible and credible leader representing the Support Center during the new store opening journey.
• Ensure all NSO-related initiatives, programs, and projects are delivered on time and within budget, with clear accountability to defined key performance indicators, business outcomes, and franchisee success metrics.

Brand Manager

• Accountable for the Marketing performance of the brand – from defining go-to-market strategy, understanding the customer/competitive landscape, and delivering the appropriate messaging, innovation, and communications strategy to achieve strategic objectives for the brand.
• Leverages data to constantly iterate on brand strategy, working with cross-functional operations, finance, IT, and development partners to improve KPIs
• Able to prioritize and plan innovation roadmap for the brand by building business cases to understand the size of the prize and its impact on revenue.
• Responsible for operationalizing and executing the entire marketing strategy through comprehensive planning, end-to-end creative, program and project management, building processes, supporting the execution of those plans, and ongoing management of related support resources and key activities.
• Works closely with both marketing leadership and key cross-functional leaders to maintain continuous alignment and ensure strong go-to-market execution that delivers desired customer experiences/business results.
• Ownership of multi-brand strategies, including Multi-Brand Gift Cards, including ownership of P&L and merchandising activities, and partnering with Brand Marketing on marketing message integration.
• Promotional Integration – working closely across cross-functional teams and internal marketing stakeholders to integrate planned promotions and pricing as/where relevant across brands and marketing channels
