Requirements

What you’ll need

4-year degree in real estate, business, or related discipline
Minimum 3 years of experience in commercial real estate management in a multi-unit retail or QSR environment
Experience in development involving independent franchisees is strongly preferred
Knowledge of commercial real estate principles associated with multi-unit development, including financial analysis and lease administration
Must have experience and proficiency with industry-standard mapping and analytic software, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
