Key responsibilities & impact

Support membership growth initiatives across our brand portfolio
Drive membership sales for new studio openings and pre-sale campaigns
Nurture prospective members and contribute to membership growth objectives
Develop and execute membership pre-sale campaigns
Generate, engage, and convert prospective member leads
Provide periodic reports summarizing lead activity and membership sales results
Develop strategies to improve membership acquisition, conversion, and retention
Deliver insights and recommendations regarding membership growth opportunities

Requirements

What you’ll need

Demonstrated success in sales, business development, or membership sales
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent relationship-building and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
Experience using CRM platforms and lead management software
Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
Familiarity with membership-based or subscription-based business models is preferred
