About the role
- Source and secure new business opportunities by signing physician practices into the Welby Health program
- Develop and sustain trusted relationships with physicians, practice administrators, and clinical staff
- Deliver clear and compelling presentations that articulate the value proposition of Welby Health’s solutions
- Consistently achieve or exceed individual sales quotas and revenue goals
- Track, manage, and report on sales pipeline activity within a modern customer relationship management platform
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of healthcare industry trends, policy developments, and the competitive landscape
- Partner with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and long-term client success
- Represent Welby Health’s healthcare model to physicians and staff, improving patient outcomes and practice efficiency
- Focus on sourcing new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and achieving financial goals through a disciplined sales process
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree and three to five years of professional business experience
- Demonstrated success in managing a sales pipeline and closing new business
- Exceptional interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
- Strong organization and time management capabilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to analyze and leverage financial and operational data to support decision-making
- Preferred: Prior experience selling healthcare solutions or services
- Preferred: Familiarity with value-based care models and/or physician network development
- Preferred: Experience working with electronic medical record (EMR) platforms
