About the role
- Lead enterprise-wide continuous improvement initiatives to strengthen TE Connectivity’s culture of operational excellence
- Develop people, enable leaders, and embed a continuous improvement mindset across the organisation
- Work globally and cross-functionally to align business strategy with execution
- Foster collaboration and build organisational capabilities that drive long-term success
- Lead global continuous improvement programs that build capability and deliver measurable results
- Partner with senior leadership to connect enterprise strategy with day-to-day operations
- Embed standard frameworks and best practices to drive consistency across functions
- Diagnose organisational performance gaps and enable teams to implement effective solutions
- Build a culture of inclusion, learning, and accountability where employees thrive and innovate
Requirements
- Experience leading global continuous improvement programs and building capability
- Partnering with senior leadership to align strategy and operations
- Embedding standard frameworks and best practices across functions
- Ability to diagnose organisational performance gaps and enable effective solutions
- Building inclusive, learning-oriented, accountable teams; strong leadership and people development skills
- Strong communication skills to articulate goals, vision, and influence others
- Experience developing performance improvement plans aligned with strategic objectives
- Business acumen, decision-making using data collection and analysis
- Problem solving skills with methods and tools for process and organisational challenges
- Mindset for experimentation, continuous learning, and innovation
- Experience managing change and applying strategies to improve performance
- Expertise in process improvement, product quality and production methods
- Proficiency in Gemba Kaizen/Continuous Improvement and Lean Manufacturing principles
- Manufacturing operations experience and capability to oversee plant/facility activities
- Ability and willingness to travel internationally 50% to 75%
