About the role

  • Drive strategic growth and operational excellence across assigned regional markets, taking ownership of partner relationship management and cross-departmental performance accountability
  • Craft and execute regional growth strategies, identify expansion opportunities, and develop customized market approaches
  • Conduct periodic onsite partner meetings to strengthen relationships, assess operational health, and align on growth initiatives
  • Proactively identify new partnership opportunities through market analysis and strategic prospecting
  • Lead partnership expansion initiatives including new service line introductions and market penetration strategies
  • Own regional performance metrics (conversion rates, lead volume, member engagement, operational efficiency, revenue) and conduct monthly partner health assessments
  • Drive cross-departmental accountability and lead strategic performance reviews with actionable insights and recommendations
  • Manage and develop onsite agents, ensure consistent member experience, coordinate escalations, and implement operational best practices
  • Serve as primary regional liaison, analyze market trends, deliver monthly reports, and facilitate feedback loops between partners and internal teams
  • Lead strategic initiatives, coordinate with multiple departments, and champion partner advocacy within Enara

  • Cross-functional collaboration expertise - experience working effectively across multiple departments and stakeholder groups to achieve shared objectives
  • Data-driven decision making - ability to analyze performance metrics, identify trends, and translate insights into actionable strategies
  • Healthcare industry experience preferred - understanding of clinic operations, provider relationships, and member care dynamics
