Requirements
- Very strong work ethic
- Great at pro-active communication — thorough written and verbal communication when talking to founders
- Ability to sit down, focus on the job at hand and not get distracted
- First 30 days: training period assisting a senior Account Manager and sourcing candidates using Weekday’s database
- Shadow weekly check-in calls with founders/hiring managers
- Next 60 days: own portfolio of companies and sole responsibility for hiring and revenue
- Lead check-in calls, source candidates, manage interview-stage candidate status and resolve blockers
