Chief of Staff

• Act as a gatekeeper and point of contact by managing the executive’s inbox, filtering and prioritizing emails, and drafting responses when appropriate
• Support planning and coordination of virtual and in person events, including logistics, communications, and scheduling
• Conduct light research and summarize findings to inform decision making or prepare the executive for meetings
• Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate information, ensuring contacts and pipelines are well organized
• Provide support on various administrative and ad hoc tasks as needed, from scheduling to document prep and project coordination
• Serve as a sounding board and thought partner, bringing structure and clarity to the executive’s day to day
