Orchestrate sales plays and content strategy that unify Webflow’s go-to-market motion
Own, create, and scale sales enablement content including playbooks, pitch decks, messaging frameworks, and tools for the revenue organization
Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy aligned with GTM motions across customer segments, sales roles, and geographies
Translate product value into field-ready content by partnering with Product Marketing, Sales Leadership, and partner organizations
Standardize and scale playbooks, plays, and messaging for different sales stages and personas to ensure clarity and adoption
Drive content quality and consistency, establish performance metrics and feedback loops to evaluate effectiveness and inform improvements
Lead content governance, auditing, and lifecycle management to ensure accuracy and relevance
Support sales readiness for onboarding, product launches, strategic campaigns, and market expansions in collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders
Report to the Director, Revenue Enablement and commute to the San Francisco office as-needed to support business priorities
Requirements
6-8 years of experience in sales, product marketing, or revenue enablement, including 3+ years leading teams
Proven track record of driving sales performance through content, sales execution and enablement
Experience working in or supporting complex B2B SaaS enterprise sales cycles (bonus if you’ve sold or partnered closely with Solutions Engineers)
Deep understanding of PLG (product-led growth), mid-market and enterprise sales environments
Outstanding leadership, communication, and collaboration skills with experience influencing across teams
Passion for storytelling, sales enablement, and building high-impact programs that scale
Ability to operate at both strategic and tactical levels in a fast-paced, high-growth company
Curiosity and willingness to build fluency in emerging technologies like AI
Valid right to work authorization depending on the country of employment
