About the role
- Serve as Tier 1 support for GTM systems
- Troubleshoot system, process, and integration issues across GTM platforms
- Maintain process and system documentation for GTM workflows
- Configure, optimize, and maintain GTM solutions to drive efficiency and performance
- Implement system changes in partnership with BSAs, Developers, and Solutions Architects
- Safeguard system security, data integrity, and performance
- Stay current with platform releases, GTM best practices, and industry trends
- Report to the Head of Business Systems and support cross-functional stakeholders
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- 3+ years of experience as an Admin or BSA for GTM systems in a SaaS environment
- Proven expertise with Salesforce and related GTM tools such as Clari, Marketo, Outreach, and Ironclad
- Hands-on experience with iPaaS tools (e.g., Workato) (preferred)
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce CPQ or Revenue Cloud (preferred)
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools such as JIRA and Confluence (preferred)
- Strong understanding of SaaS business models
- Clear communicator with a strong customer service mindset
- Excellent analytical skills with proven expertise in troubleshooting and problem-solving
- Business-level fluency to read, write and speak in English
- Valid right to work authorization depending on the country of employment
