About the role

  • Acquire an in-depth understanding of Atera's products, features, and value proposition
  • Deliver comprehensive sales training, onboarding, and on-going enablement to both Business Partner Managers (Internal BPM’s) and external Partners (Resellers and Distributors) on Atera's products, features, and value proposition
  • Deliver engaging product demos, webinars and onsite workshops showcasing Atera's capabilities
  • Join customer and prospect calls in a technical pre-sales capacity to help support sales opportunities
  • Serve as a technical advisor to both BPM’s and Business Partners, addressing their technical inquiries, concerns, and objections
  • Act as technical contact for scripting, implementation and other technical matters
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, support, R&D, and marketing
  • Manage and maintain Partner resources and academy- ensuring to update training materials to reflect the latest product updates, market trends, and competitive landscape
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies related to IT services, remote monitoring and management (RMM), and professional services automation (PSA)

Requirements

  • Passion and excitement for Technology, AI, and everything in between
  • 3+ years experience in a technical presales, sales engineering, or solution consulting role
  • Strong technical background and understanding of IT services, RMM, PSA, cloud-based solutions, scripting and IT infrastructure
  • Fluent English - oral and written communication skills a must
  • Additional Languages (Advantage but not required)
  • Flexible availability to work with Partners around the world
  • Sales background (Advantage but not required)
  • Experience in training employees, customers, partners, or sales teams
  • Experience working with external Business Partners (Resellers and Distributors)
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Willingness to travel (occasional conferences and or partner site visits)
  • Positive can-do approach who thrives working on solo projects but also enjoys the ride with his team and colleagues
