Build an in-depth understanding of Atera's products, features, and value proposition
Join sales reps on product demos to complement their sales process and present technical solutions
Answer technical inquiries and demo technical solutions on calls with prospects
Collaborate cross-departmentally (Support, Product, R&D) to obtain resolution to prospect requirements
Build relationships with colleagues to leverage resources for product know-how and technical resolution
Manage multiple projects/tasks simultaneously to support various sales reps and prospect opportunities
Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies related to IT services, RMM, and PSA
Requirements
3+ years experience in a technical presales, sales engineering, or solution consulting role
Strong technical acumen in IT operations, RMM / PSA and Helpdesk Ticketing Solutions (or similar platforms)
Familiarity with workings of Windows OS - preferred; Mac and Linux - added advantage
Basic understanding of current AI LLMs - preferred
Hands-on experience with API integrations and scripting - preferred, not required
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
Willingness to travel (the position may require travel to a conference or two occasionally)
