- The People Operations Analyst is a key member of the People & Talent Operations Team, responsible for delivering seamless execution of core HR processes
- Partner cross-functionally to keep systems and data running smoothly, and drive process improvements that scale with the business
- Own onboarding & offboarding end-to-end tasks for employees, interns, and contractors; support smooth offboarding transitions
- Act as first point of contact for employee inquiries, resolving or escalating requests to relevant team members
- Maintain employee data and ensure data integrity; keep up-to-date records
- Identify, recommend, and implement opportunities for process improvements; manage projects tied to People Ops responsibilities; collaborate with TechOps to improve systems/tools
Requirements
- 1–3+ years in an operational, administrative, or people-focused role; direct experience in People Operations, HR, or related fields is a plus
- Familiarity with data management platforms; comfortable learning and navigating new tools and systems
- Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail, while maintaining efficiency and consistency across processes
- Proactive, resourceful, and able to independently take initiative to resolve issues or improve workflows
- Enjoys analyzing and refining processes to make them more effective, scalable, and employee-friendly
- Demonstrated passion for creating a positive, consistent employee experience through operational excellence and responsive support
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to partner cross-functionally and build trust across teams
