Conduct comprehensive assessments of asset management, maintenance, and operational workflows across data center environments.
Identify business and technical requirements including lifecycle tracking, maintenance programs, work order systems, and reporting.
Develop MCIM strategies aligned with client goals, compliance standards (e.g., Uptime Institute, ISO, SOC), and best practices.
Create execution roadmaps with timelines, milestones, resource plans, and change management strategies.
Support platform configuration reviews and system optimization efforts; advise on system design including asset hierarchies, naming conventions, and data classification structures.
Conduct industry research and competitor analysis to identify client pain points and position MCIM as a solution; assist in lead generation.
Facilitate and support Problem Worth Solving (PWS) Workshops and deliver Level 2 and Level 3 operational workshops for clients.
Support end-to-end execution of Operational Audits—pre-audit planning, data collection, analysis, and post-audit reporting; translate findings into audit reports, recommendation decks, and improvement roadmaps.
Act as liaison between technical findings and business implications; present findings and proposals to executives and decision-makers.
Use the MCIM platform to capture audit findings, workshop notes, and customer feedback; structure MCIM outputs for executive reporting and dashboards.
Define integration requirements between MCIM and other systems (BMS, DCIM, ERP, procurement); collaborate on data migration, validation, and API workflows.
Develop and deliver user training materials; track performance through KPIs, usage metrics, and compliance indicators; support continuous improvement.
Requirements
4+ years in consulting, operations, or technical program delivery.
Implementation consultant or solutions consultant background strongly preferred.
Familiarity with CMMS, BMS, or asset management platforms.
Experience conducting audits, assessments, or structured client engagements preferred.
Understanding of data center workflows, systems (BMS, CMMS, DCIM), and stakeholder roles (e.g., operations, engineering, IT).
Strong project planning, systems thinking, and technical writing abilities.
Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and cloud collaboration tools (Google Workspace, Salesforce, etc.).
Ability to synthesize complex systems into client-friendly deliverables and recommendations.
Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills.
