Customer Success Manager

• Serve as the main point of contact for assigned accounts, managing relationships to ensure client satisfaction and long-term retention.
• Lead customer training, and adoption initiatives to ensure seamless integration and success with our products.
• Conduct regular check-ins and quarterly business reviews (QBRs) to review progress toward customer goals and ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Proactively manage the renewal process, negotiating contract terms and ensuring timely renewals.
• Monitor customer health and usage metrics to identify potential issues and opportunities for improvement.
• Identify opportunities for additional licensing, platform expansions, and upsell.
• Serve as the customer advocate, relaying feedback and improvement suggestions to internal teams.

AI Engineer

• Build and ship functional AI prototypes demonstrating real business value for MCIM's Data Center Operating System (DCOS)
• Leverage agentic frameworks (LangChain, CrewAI, Autogen) to design and deploy multi-agent systems and LLM-based tools
• Rapid AI prototyping using generative and agent-based tools (Cursor, Windsurf, Cline, Replit) with real MCIM data
• Build and manage infrastructure for autonomous agents coordinating within MCIM’s enterprise SaaS workflows
• Partner with Data Engineering to align models with MCIM’s ontology and ensure performance, scalability, and reliability
• Connect front-end interfaces with back-end AI logic to create end-to-end MVPs with real user value
• Collaborate closely with data engineers, product visionaries, and technical stakeholders; report directly to the founder
• Influence development of new data-driven products and revenue-generating capabilities within MCIM

Content Marketing Manager

• Develop and own our content strategy aligned with buyer journey stages: problem unaware, problem aware, solution aware, and action
• Create and manage content for key personas (Site Chief, Regional Ops Leader, Finance Leader) with a clear focus on lead generation and sales enablement
• Write and edit high-quality content including blogs, white papers, case studies, videos, landing pages, and sales collateral
• Collaborate with SEO and digital teams to ensure content ranks and converts
• Maintain and evolve a content calendar that supports both always-on ABM and campaign-specific initiatives
• Project-manage freelance writers and designers to scale production as needed
• Track content performance and use data to optimize future content development
• Partner closely with product marketing, demand generation, and sales to ensure content fuels account-based programs and accelerates pipeline

Consultant

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of asset management, maintenance, and operational workflows across data center environments.
• Identify business and technical requirements including lifecycle tracking, maintenance programs, work order systems, and reporting.
• Develop MCIM strategies aligned with client goals, compliance standards (e.g., Uptime Institute, ISO, SOC), and best practices.
• Create execution roadmaps with timelines, milestones, resource plans, and change management strategies.
• Support platform configuration reviews and system optimization efforts; advise on system design including asset hierarchies, naming conventions, and data classification structures.
• Conduct industry research and competitor analysis to identify client pain points and position MCIM as a solution; assist in lead generation.
• Facilitate and support Problem Worth Solving (PWS) Workshops and deliver Level 2 and Level 3 operational workshops for clients.
• Support end-to-end execution of Operational Audits—pre-audit planning, data collection, analysis, and post-audit reporting; translate findings into audit reports, recommendation decks, and improvement roadmaps.
• Act as liaison between technical findings and business implications; present findings and proposals to executives and decision-makers.
• Use the MCIM platform to capture audit findings, workshop notes, and customer feedback; structure MCIM outputs for executive reporting and dashboards.
• Define integration requirements between MCIM and other systems (BMS, DCIM, ERP, procurement); collaborate on data migration, validation, and API workflows.
• Develop and deliver user training materials; track performance through KPIs, usage metrics, and compliance indicators; support continuous improvement.
