• Support hardware development for September–December 2025 as a prototyping intern
• 3D-print and assemble prototypes and create models in multiple materials
• Conduct durability testing and resolve fit-and-function issues
• Collaborate with engineering and design teams to integrate new parts
• Contribute to design and engineering of the next robot revision (production-critical work)
• Create and edit CAD models for printing or milling
• Document print settings, results, and workflows and maintain print lab organization and inventory
• Work on shared tasks with electrical engineering interns as needed
