About the role

  • Work directly with Account Executives to drive pipeline through personalized outreach to multiple stakeholders within key prospect accounts
  • Lead outbound prospecting through email, phone, and social media; engage prospects and schedule meetings
  • Qualify outbound leads, identify new opportunities, and maintain active engagement with leads
  • Log activities and maintain up-to-date CRM intelligence in Salesforce
  • Receive coaching on calls, written communication and prospecting strategy to develop sales skills
  • Establish rapport with buyers at all levels, including senior executives
  • Refine messaging and sales prospecting techniques and iterate on lead generation campaigns
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing & Ops to improve processes and campaigns
  • Become a Webflow product expert and convey the companys value proposition to potential customers
  • Travel up to 15% for onboarding, industry events, and internal offsites
  • Report to the Senior Manager, Sales Development and help build the new London office presence, shaping team culture and contributing to revenue goals

Requirements

  • Business-level fluency to read, write and speak in French
  • 1+ years of sales experience with a history of meeting quotas, driving high-volume lead generation and engaging potential prospects
  • Demonstrated track record of success in effectively developing and managing outbound pipeline
  • Comfortable or eager to learn CRM and Sales engagement platforms (Salesforce mentioned)
  • Comfortable with phone/Zoom calls and high-volume outreach
  • Ability to qualify outbound leads and maintain active engagement
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to explain complex concepts simply
  • High energy, dependable, positive "can-do" attitude
  • Team player with proven ability to work cross-functionally
  • Comfortable operating in ambiguity and contributing to scaling best practices
  • Interest in emerging technologies like AI and building fluency
  • Valid right to work authorization depending on country of employment
