About the role

Work directly with Account Executives to drive pipeline through personalized outbound outreach to multiple stakeholders within key prospect accounts
Lead outbound prospecting via email, phone, and social media; comfortable with phone/Zoom calls
Qualify outbound leads, maintain engagement with new and existing leads, and identify new opportunities
Receive coaching from leadership on calls, written communication and prospecting strategy
Establish rapport with all levels of buyers including senior executives
Log activities and maintain CRM intelligence in Salesforce
Refine messaging and sales prospecting techniques and iterate campaigns with Marketing & Ops
Become a Webflow product expert and convey value proposition to potential customers
Travel up to 15% for onboarding, industry events, and internal offsites
Report to the Senior Manager, Sales Development and help build the London office presence

Business-level fluency to read, write and speak in German.
1+ years of sales experience with a history of meeting quotas, driving high-volume lead generation and engaging potential prospects
Demonstrated track record of success in effectively developing and managing outbound pipeline
Comfortable or eager to learn CRM and Sales engagement platforms (Salesforce)
Comfortable with phone/Zoom video calls and high-volume outreach
Fantastic communication and interpersonal skills; ability to explain complex concepts simply
High energy, dependable, positive “can-do” attitude
Team player with ability to work cross-functionally
Comfortable with ambiguity and contributing to process scaling and best practices
Interest in AI and emerging technologies to unlock creativity
Willingness to travel up to 15% (onboarding, industry events, offsites)
