About the role
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders, including decision-makers and senior executives.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to enterprise clients, ensuring alignment with Enterprise Health solutions.
- Conduct regular business reviews and provide insights into account performance.
- Play a leadership role in delivering a superior client experience at key interaction points.
- Manage relationships to help ensure 98%+ client retention levels.
- Monitor client satisfaction and net promoter scores (NPS).
- Manage existing client contract renewals and compliance.
- Proactively address client concerns and ensure timely resolution.
- Identify and act on opportunities to expand relationships within existing accounts.
- Drive revenue growth through cross-selling new products and upselling additional services.
- Present new products and services to clients, ensuring maximum value delivery.
- Achieve a 110% net dollar retention (NDR) level across assigned accounts.
- Work with sales, deployment, and support teams to ensure smooth transitions and client satisfaction.
- Collaborate closely with the finance team on billing and collections.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 3-5 years of enterprise-level account management experience with a SaaS or software company.
- Experience working with large, complex organizations.
- Strong communication and relationship management skills.
- Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM systems.
- Tech-savvy with strong computer skills.
- Proven success in cross-selling and upselling strategies.
- Ability to travel periodically for client visits and conferences.
