About the role
- Own the discovery and definition of new sports-focused products and features
- Understand user needs, analyse market trends, and identify high-ROI opportunities
- Work closely with SEO, Content, UX, and Engineering teams to shape products that engage users
- Lead product discovery for new sports features, data experiences, and content formats
- Translate business goals, market research, and user needs into clear product requirements
- Work with developers and analysts to define and deliver data/API-powered product features
- Identify and validate product opportunities using competitor research, traffic data, and user feedback
- Manage product lifecycle from idea to release and ensure alignment across stakeholders
- Continuously assess product performance and iterate based on insights and KPIs
- Act as the voice of the user and the market
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager in a digital or data-driven environment
- Proven ability to lead discovery and shape product strategy in cross-functional teams
- Hands-on experience working with APIs or data-driven product features
- Strong analytical skills; comfortable using tools like GA4, Looker Studio, or similar
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to create clarity in complexity
- Familiarity with SEO-led content ecosystems and organic performance metrics
- Passion for sports and sports betting
- Experience in affiliate marketing or lead generation is a bonus
