We are looking for a performance-driven marketer with a deep understanding of website optimization, organic LinkedIn engagement, and SEO to join our team.
This role, day to day, will own the following strategies, activities, and channels but is not limited to these responsibilities.
Manage website performance, ensuring fast load times, mobile optimization, seamless user experience, and high conversion rates.
Implement A/B testing strategies to improve website engagement and lead generation.
Work with developers and designers to optimize website structure, landing pages, and CTAs.
Track and report on key website metrics to enhance performance.
Explore AI-driven solutions for content personalization, user behavior analysis, and CRO enhancements.
Drive high-quality organic traffic through SEO best practices, content strategy, and website optimization.
Collaborate with content and product marketing team members to develop SEO-driven blog posts, landing pages, and resources.
Monitor keyword rankings, backlinks, and site health to identify growth opportunities.
Develop and execute an organic LinkedIn strategy to increase brand visibility and audience engagement.
Manage company LinkedIn profiles, ensuring consistent, high-value content while pushing the boundaries/experimenting with our presence.
Monitor LinkedIn analytics to refine content strategy and improve performance.
Leverage AI-powered tools to analyze LinkedIn engagement trends, optimize post timing, and enhance content effectiveness.
Requirements
4-6 years of experience in marketing with a focus on website performance, SEO, and LinkedIn strategy.
Strong knowledge of tools for website analytics (GA, Hotjar, etc.), conversion rate optimization (CRO), SEO (SEMRush, GSC, etc.), and CMS (Webflow)
