Ensure clients achieve maximum value from Rankings.io services by acting as a trusted advisor and maintaining strong relationships
Work closely with the Director of Customer Success and internal fulfillment teams to ensure client goals are met and support long-term retention and expansion
Support the Director of Customer Success in developing scalable processes and client success best practices
Help new clients seamlessly onboard by providing clear guidance and resources
Identify and address potential roadblocks before they escalate, ensuring clients feel supported by Rankings.io
Provide clients with insights, recommendations, and education on Rankings.io services to drive ROI
Collaborate with sales, marketing, product, and technical teams to ensure seamless execution of campaigns and client deliverables
Prepare and deliver regular reports highlighting key performance metrics, wins, and next steps
Design and implement strategies that enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty, reducing churn and boosting engagement
Identify opportunities for client expansion, renewals, and upsell of services in alignment with client needs
Stay informed on industry trends, competitive landscape, and updates to digital marketing best practices to advise clients proactively
Requirements
2–3 years of experience in client-facing roles (Customer Success, Account Management, or Project Management) within a digital marketing agency or similar environment
Proven ability to manage multiple client relationships simultaneously with strong attention to detail
Familiarity with SEO, PPC, and digital marketing fundamentals (hands-on campaign management not required)
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present data-driven insights clearly
Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills and the ability to translate performance data into actionable recommendations
Tech-savvy and comfortable learning and using tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, GSC, GA4, or similar platforms
Growth mindset and willingness to develop into more strategic client management responsibilities over time
