About the role
- Maintain and clean our CRM system (HubSpot) with currently over 80,000 companies
- Provide operational support for lead generation and distribution
- Assist with reporting and monitoring
- Contribute operationally to smaller projects aimed at process improvement
Requirements
- Experience with CRM systems (preferably HubSpot)
- Affinity for data maintenance and strong attention to detail
- Analytical thinking
- Structured and reliable working style
- Strong communication skills and team player
- Confident use of Excel/Sheets; ideally some first experience with BI/reporting tools
