About the role
- Support daily business operations and assist with customer inquiries.
- Work closely with our Customer Success team on product management tasks and professional services, around BESS.
- Investigate the latest trends, technologies, and developments in the energy market, with a focus on Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS).
- Investigate how new regulations can impact our customers and open up new business opportunities.
- As a young and agile company, we welcome and value new ideas for improvement in our product and services.
- Customers rely on our expertise and trust our recommendations. Your work will have a direct impact on battery operations and their positive effect on the environment.
- Analyze performance data from battery systems across the globe to uncover actionable insights.
- Supporting customers in their journey well before operation of their batteries, with advice during the procurement phase.
Requirements
- You are enrolled in a technical degree program with a focus on battery systems, electrical engineering, or energy management.
- Ideally, you have first experience with data analytics.
- You are curious and eager to understand complex systems and networks.
- Profound proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Experience with Java is a plus.
- Self-driven, well-organized, and structured. You bring initiative and enjoy solving problems independently.
- Reliable and communicative team player with a passion for innovation and sustainability.
- Strong communicational skills in English. German is a plus.
