About the role
- The role is post-sales and is therefore part of the technical sustainability team
- Approximately 70–80% of the responsibilities focus on customer care and customer management
- You will be encouraged and supported to build your own technical expertise in sustainability
- You will onboard new customers to our software
- You will support customers as a single point of contact for questions and issues
- You will interpret the results of our software for customers and assist them in making decisions to optimize use
- You will act as the internal liaison between our sales teams, the sustainability function, and our software engineers
- You will develop and manage tools to monitor customer activity
Requirements
- At least one year of experience in a similar role
- Work experience with at least one of the following: GHG Protocol, GRI, DNK, EcoVadis
- Native-level German
- Independent and customer-focused
- Structured and solution-oriented way of working
- Clear and confident communication
- Motivated to learn new sustainability topics independently
- Business-fluent English
