Account Manager

• Die Rolle ist "post-sales" und als solche innerhalb des technischen Nachhaltigkeitsteams angesiedelt
• Etwa 70-80 % der Aufgaben konzentrieren sich auf Kundenbetreuung und Kundenmanagement
• Du wirst ermutigt und unterstützt, dein eigenes technisches Fachwissen im Bereich der Nachhaltigkeit aufzubauen
• Du onboardest neue Kund:innen in unsere Software
• Du unterstützt Kund:innen als "Clearingstelle" für Fragen und Probleme im Zusammenhang mit der Nutzung unserer Produkte
• Du interpretierst die Ergebnisse unserer Software (Nachhaltigkeits-KPIs und Inhalte) für Kund:Innen
• Du bist die interne Schnittstelle zwischen unseren Vertriebsteams, der Nachhaltigkeitsfunktion und unseren Softwareingenieuren
• Du entwickelst und verwaltest die Tools zur Überwachung von Kundenaktivitäten und reagierst auf diese Überwachung

Sustainability Account Manager – Mid Level

Full-stack Engineer

• You work with a backend stack of Python, Django, and AWS - and a frontend built with Vue.js and TypeScript.
• You design, code and launch new features using state-of-the-art agentic engineering tools.
• You adopt a product mindset and work closely with our product managers to understand our customers’ needs.
• You collaborate with the sustainability specialists in your squad to understand business requirements and transform them into robust technical solutions.
• You engage with other engineers through collective brainstorming, knowledge sharing and mutual code review.
• You develop and maintain our API with a focus on security and reliability.
• With our support, you expand your skillset continuously and bring new skills and technologies to the team.

Senior Software Engineer – Full Stack

Account Executive

• The role is post-sales and is part of our company's technical sustainability team
• Approximately 70–80% of tasks focus on customer support and customer management
• You will be encouraged and supported to build your own technical expertise in sustainability
• You will onboard new customers to our software
• You will support customers as a "clearing point" for questions and issues related to using our products
• You will interpret the results of our software (sustainability KPIs and content) for customers
• You will act as the internal interface between our sales teams, the sustainability function, and our software engineers
• You will develop and manage tools to monitor customer activity and respond to those insights
