Customer Success Manager

• The role is post-sales and is therefore part of the technical sustainability team
• Approximately 70–80% of the responsibilities focus on customer care and customer management
• You will be encouraged and supported to build your own technical expertise in sustainability
• You will onboard new customers to our software
• You will support customers as a single point of contact for questions and issues
• You will interpret the results of our software for customers and assist them in making decisions to optimize use
• You will act as the internal liaison between our sales teams, the sustainability function, and our software engineers
• You will develop and manage tools to monitor customer activity
