About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- The role is post-sales and is part of our company's technical sustainability team
- Approximately 70–80% of tasks focus on customer support and customer management
- You will be encouraged and supported to build your own technical expertise in sustainability
- You will onboard new customers to our software
- You will support customers as a "clearing point" for questions and issues related to using our products
- You will interpret the results of our software (sustainability KPIs and content) for customers
- You will act as the internal interface between our sales teams, the sustainability function, and our software engineers
- You will develop and manage tools to monitor customer activity and respond to those insights
Requirements
What you’ll need- You have at least one year of experience in a similar role
- You have work experience with at least one of the following: GHG Protocol, GRI, DNK, EcoVadis
- You have native-level German language skills
- You work independently and customer-oriented
- You have a structured and solution-oriented working style
- You communicate clearly and confidently
- You are motivated to learn new sustainability topics independently
- Experience with the GHG Protocol is a plus
- You are fluent in English (business/professional level)
