About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

The role is post-sales and is part of our company's technical sustainability team
Approximately 70–80% of tasks focus on customer support and customer management
You will be encouraged and supported to build your own technical expertise in sustainability
You will onboard new customers to our software
You will support customers as a "clearing point" for questions and issues related to using our products
You will interpret the results of our software (sustainability KPIs and content) for customers
You will act as the internal interface between our sales teams, the sustainability function, and our software engineers
You will develop and manage tools to monitor customer activity and respond to those insights

Requirements

What you’ll need

You have at least one year of experience in a similar role
You have work experience with at least one of the following: GHG Protocol, GRI, DNK, EcoVadis
You have native-level German language skills
You work independently and customer-oriented
You have a structured and solution-oriented working style
You communicate clearly and confidently
You are motivated to learn new sustainability topics independently
Experience with the GHG Protocol is a plus
You are fluent in English (business/professional level)
