Requirements
- Mandatory CFP designation
- At least 4 years of financial planning experience with direct asset consolidation responsibilities
- Entrepreneurial mindset and proven track record of high performance in a sales environment
- Genuine passion for financial planning and client-focused, empathetic approach
- Natural curiosity to dig deeper into clients' motivations and long-term aspirations
- Exceptional communication skills and ability to make complex financial topics simple
- Comfort leveraging digital tools (such as AI) and technology to enhance the client experience
- Forward-thinking adaptability and preferably deep experience improving Financial Planning processes
- Bilingual (French) is a strong asset
