About the role

  • Work with the Head of Demand and Regional Demand Leads to drive our advertiser growth strategy, report internally on advertiser performance wins and challenges.
  • Forecast revenue and manage a pipeline of potential and current business.
  • Be fully responsible for growing revenue from mature and emerging advertisers.
  • Engage in daily contact with key clients, attend meetings collaboratively with reports and cross-functional team members.
  • Lead customer-facing communication for performance updates, including QBRs & other strategic meetings.
  • Collaborate with the Operations and Creative teams to implement growth strategies. Create, run tests, and implement changes that increase profits and meet our clients' needs.
  • Initiate performance investigations and work with Operations teams to tackle those and communicate any findings back to the client.
  • Work closely with internal teams (Supply, Legal, and Finance) to lead investment and legal approvals/renewals, structuring deals that maximize revenue for all constituents and entice clients to work with us.
  • Synthesize customer feedback and help inform the product roadmap.
  • Be a self-motivated problem solver with outstanding attention to detail.
  • Identify key areas of revenue opportunity in the industry and within the region.
  • Attending industry events to evangelize Liftoff and our technology.

Requirements

  • Well-developed negotiation/influencing skills with an ability to influence at the executive management level using an analytical approach to problem solving.
  • A proficient knowledge of data analysis and visualization.
  • High-level client-facing skills; explaining complex technical concepts, negotiation, and strategic direction
  • Solid stakeholder management when working with clients and internal teams
  • A deep relationship builder with the ability to communicate skillfully with clients, peers, management, and other internal teams.
  • Familiarity with advertising technology platforms, ad networks, programmatic buying, or similar digital advertising tools and methodologies.
  • Proven ability to identify issues, propose solutions, and implement strategies to overcome challenges successfully.
  • Track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets or revenue goals consistently.
  • Comfortable working autonomously, as well as part of a team.
  • 2 - 3 years of relevant new business sales or sales account management experience; preference for those managing a sizable quota or quarterly target.
  • BS / BA required - analytical degree preferred.
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required for internal and business engagements
