Develop and execute sales strategies to target and secure partnerships with major retail clothing brands across North America
Identify and pursue new business opportunities by prospecting retail stores and chains, conducting outreach, and presenting tailored proposals
Build long-term relationships with key accounts, including negotiations, contract management, and ongoing support
Collaborate with internal teams to customize solutions that meet client specifications
Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging retail needs
Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals
Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and virtual meetings
Track and report on sales performance metrics, pipeline activity, and client feedback using CRM tools
Requirements
Proven experience in apparel sales, with a track record of successfully selling manufacturing services or products to retail clothing companies
Familiarity with selling into major retailers similar to Zara, H&M, or Dynamite; alternatively, experience selling directly to apparel manufacturers
Strong understanding of the apparel industry, particularly in areas like pattern printing, custom garment production, cut-and-sew processes, and supply chain dynamics
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently in a remote setting
Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce), Microsoft Office Suite, and sales analytics tools
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Fashion Merchandising, or a related field preferred; equivalent professional experience will be considered
Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time for client meetings, trade shows, or facility visits
Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.
