About the role
- Develop and maintain strategic relationships with district and school leaders in your assigned territory.
- Actively manage and grow a pipeline of sales opportunities across multiple K–12 product lines.
- Conduct in-person and virtual product presentations, demos, and needs analyses tailored to customer goals.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Professional Learning, Marketing, Customer Service) to ensure smooth implementation and continued client satisfaction.
- Represent Curriculum Associates at conferences, trade shows, and regional education events.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in Salesforce and other sales tools.
- Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
Requirements
- 3+ years of successful sales or account management experience, preferably in education, EdTech, or curriculum publishing.
- Deep knowledge of K–12 school systems, funding cycles, and instructional priorities.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote, field-based role with frequent travel (50%+).
- Proficient in using Salesforce, Zoom, and Microsoft Office.
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree in education or related field preferred.
