Develop and maintain strategic relationships with district and school leaders in your assigned territory.
Actively manage and grow a pipeline of sales opportunities across multiple K–12 product lines.
Conduct in-person and virtual product presentations, demos, and needs analyses tailored to customer goals.
Collaborate with internal teams (Professional Learning, Marketing, Customer Service) to ensure smooth implementation and continued client satisfaction.
Represent Curriculum Associates at conferences, trade shows, and regional education events.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in Salesforce and other sales tools.
Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
Requirements
3+ years of successful sales or account management experience, preferably in education, EdTech, or curriculum publishing.
Deep knowledge of K–12 school systems, funding cycles, and instructional priorities.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently in a remote, field-based role with frequent travel (50%+).
Proficient in using Salesforce, Zoom, and Microsoft Office.
Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree in education or related field preferred.
