• Skalierbare Backend-Services und APIs in Python entwickeln, meistens mit FastAPI
• Cloud-AI-Services in Produktion bringen, bevorzugt auf Microsoft Azure, je nach Projekt auch AWS oder GCP
• Die Umsetzung und Qualität der Lösung durch Scoping des Umfangs, Architekturentscheidungen, Schreiben von Tickets und Steuerung der Umsetzung verantworten
• Technische:r Ansprechpartner:in des Kunden für die Projektumsetzung sein
• Qualität durch Tests, Evaluation und Monitoring sichern
• Je nach Projekt zwischen technischer Umsetzung und technischer Projektleitung wechseln

Senior AI Engineer – Technical Project Lead

• Du konzipierst und baust AI-Systeme von der Architektur bis ins Deployment, mit Fokus auf LLM-Anwendungen, RAG und Agentic Workflows.
• Du entwickelst skalierbare Backend-Services und APIs in Python, meistens mit FastAPI.
• Du bringst Cloud-AI-Services in Produktion, bevorzugt auf Microsoft Azure, je nach Projekt auch AWS oder GCP.
• Du sicherst Qualität durch Tests, Evaluation und Monitoring von Anfang an.
• Du redest direkt mit Kund:innen, übersetzt fachliche Anforderungen in technische Architektur und triffst Entscheidungen im Projekt.

• You create content and creatives for social media and the website — from concept and format to the finished post — with a focus on organic reach rather than paid reach.
• You plan campaigns across channels, build editorial calendars that actually work, and test formats until they gain organic traction and deliver meetings.
• You take full responsibility for our LinkedIn presence — both the company account and the founder's profile — from strategy and editorial planning to analysis.
• You keep our website active with copy, landing pages, and content that match the brand and genuinely engage visitors.
• You build your marketing workflows with AI tools because they make you faster than working without them.

Junior Marketing Manager – m/f/d

• You design and build AI systems from architecture through deployment, focusing on LLM applications, RAG, and agentic workflows.
• You develop scalable backend services and APIs in Python, primarily using FastAPI.
• You put cloud AI services into production, preferably on Microsoft Azure; depending on the project, AWS or GCP may also be used.
