About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Du konzipierst und baust AI-Systeme von der Architektur bis ins Deployment, mit Fokus auf LLM-Anwendungen, RAG und Agentic Workflows.
Du entwickelst skalierbare Backend-Services und APIs in Python, meistens mit FastAPI.
Du bringst Cloud-AI-Services in Produktion, bevorzugt auf Microsoft Azure, je nach Projekt auch AWS oder GCP.
Du sicherst Qualität durch Tests, Evaluation und Monitoring von Anfang an.
Du redest direkt mit Kund:innen, übersetzt fachliche Anforderungen in technische Architektur und triffst Entscheidungen im Projekt.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
Abgeschlossenes Studium oder eine Ausbildung in Informatik, Mathematik, Data Science oder einem verwandten Bereich.
Fundierte Erfahrung in der Entwicklung mit Python.
Erfahrung im praktischen Einsatz von Machine-Learning-Modellen und Large Language Models (LLMs).
Erfahrung mit Cloud-Computing-Plattformen, bevorzugt Microsoft Azure, alternativ AWS oder GCP.
Du bist motiviert, eigenständig zu arbeiten und flexibel genug, dich in neue Themen und Aufgabenfelder einzuarbeiten.
