Key responsibilities & impact

You create content and creatives for social media and the website — from concept and format to the finished post — with a focus on organic reach rather than paid reach.
You plan campaigns across channels, build editorial calendars that actually work, and test formats until they gain organic traction and deliver meetings.
You take full responsibility for our LinkedIn presence — both the company account and the founder's profile — from strategy and editorial planning to analysis.
You keep our website active with copy, landing pages, and content that match the brand and genuinely engage visitors.
You build your marketing workflows with AI tools because they make you faster than working without them.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Practical marketing experience, whether from a working-student role, agency, in-house position, or your own projects.
You use AI tools daily and create your own prompts and small automations.
You know LinkedIn as a marketing and sales channel from your own experience.
You write well and understand what performs in a B2B environment.
Very good German and English skills are required.
You work independently and can handle areas of responsibility that are not yet fully defined.
