• Centralisation des demandes de recrutement, identification et anticipation des besoins de recrutement (CDI, CDD, alternances, stages)
• Rédaction, mise à jour et diffusion des annonces
• Screening des candidatures et entretiens de pre-qualification
• Organisation d’entretiens avec les managers, suivi des tests, feedbacks aux candidats, etc.
• Création et développement d’un vivier de candidats pour les différents pôles d’expertise de l’agence
• Animation des relations et coordination des événements avec les écoles.
• Admin : gestion des absences et congés des alternants/stagiaires ainsi que des tickets restaurants, WAS Passeport, onboarding & offboarding

Chargé de Recrutement Junior

Producer

• Lead the planning, production, and delivery of major experiential marketing projects, including live events, mobile tours, pop-ups, and digital or hybrid activations
• Partner with creative and strategic teams to translate creative concepts into actionable production plans
• Oversee entire project lifecycle, ensuring deliverables are met on time, within budget, and to quality standards
• Develop and manage complex project budgets (from $100K to multi-million dollars); track costs, manage forecasts, negotiate contracts, and reconcile budgets
• Build budget models and staffing plans during pitching and RFP phases
• Lead, mentor, and delegate to junior production staff (producers, associate producers, coordinators)
• Source, vet, and manage relationships with nationwide vendors, fabricators, and technical specialists
• Serve as primary production point of contact for key clients; lead client presentations and status meetings

• Write and adapt content across organic and paid social in both English and French.
• Partner with strategists, content creators, designers, and social media managers to bring ideas to life with a strong, consistent brand voice.
• Ensure all copy is accurate, on-brief, and aligned with regulatory and compliance requirements.
• Stay tapped into culture, trends, and platform shifts, and know when a moment is right for the brands you work on.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams and clients to balance creativity with compliance.

Manager

• Dans le cadre de notre croissance, nous recrutons un.e Assistant.e Traffic Manager dont le rôle sera d’accompagner la Créative Operations Manager dans la gestion des plannings de l’équipe créative et la réalisation des campagnes pour nos clients.
• Réception et analyse des briefs créatifs de la part de nos équipes commerciales
• Analyse des demandes, vérification de la faisabilité en termes du temps et des ressources disponibles
• Affectation des missions auprès des équipes créatives (Directeur.ices Artistiques, Copywriters, Motion Designers, etc.)
• Gestion des outils de planification et des plannings des ressources créatives
• Supervision des projets et veille au respect des délais
