About the role
- Report to the Influencer Director and work within the Influence team on social-driven creative work.
- Manage multiple client accounts and day-to-day client activities related to influencers and creators.
- Manage client campaigns including influencer outreach, contracting, negotiating, and campaign execution.
- Build strong relationships with talent and agents across North America and abroad.
- Support client planning as it pertains to influencer marketing and identify new business opportunities on clients.
- Day-to-day team management: ensure cross-discipline teams have necessary information and follow sign-off processes.
- Work closely with Editorial, Creative, Strategy, Research & Insights, and Production on content ideation and production.
- Manage client budget trackers and ensure projects deliver on time and within budget.
- Active involvement in new business pitching, preparation, and creation of client report presentations.
Requirements
- 5-6 years experience in a creative or influencer agency or brand environment working in social.
- A confident, passionate and enthusiastic Influencer Manager/Sr Influencer Manager.
- Bilingual in French and English (requirement).
- Articulate and able to present confidently to both clients and internal team.
- Deep understanding of what resonates with social audiences and curiosity for social trends and cultural moments.
- Natural curiosity and understanding of consumer behaviours and mindset in social.
- Client-facing experience and ability to take ideas from concept to execution, navigating feedback.
- If no direct agency experience, ability to explain transferable experience for client partnerships.
