Own customer relationships, alleviate strategic and operational pressure from Sales Directors, and ensure premium campaign management across the lifecycle.\n
Be a growth driver, trusted advisor, and key revenue partner; coordinate with clients, lead performance reviews, uncover upsell opportunities, and strengthen partnerships.\n

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree\n
Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office Suite\n
5+ years of related experience in digital media or programmatic advertising\n
Demonstrated ability to grow accounts and build trusted client relationships.\n
Experience with client service and campaign management for digital media accounts.\n
Solution-oriented, proactive communicator with strong presentation and storytelling skills.\n
Demonstrated leadership and team management experience – ability to coach, motivate, and drive performance\n
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
