About the role

  • Serve as the main point of contact on all client-related items, from onboarding to campaign performance reviews.\n
  • Own customer relationships, alleviate strategic and operational pressure from Sales Directors, and ensure premium campaign management across the lifecycle.\n
  • Be a growth driver, trusted advisor, and key revenue partner; coordinate with clients, lead performance reviews, uncover upsell opportunities, and strengthen partnerships.\n

  • What you’ll do: coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver programmatic and social campaigns; communicate proactively and manage client expectations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree\n
  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office Suite\n
  • 5+ years of related experience in digital media or programmatic advertising\n
  • Demonstrated ability to grow accounts and build trusted client relationships.\n
  • Experience with client service and campaign management for digital media accounts.\n
  • Solution-oriented, proactive communicator with strong presentation and storytelling skills.\n
  • Demonstrated leadership and team management experience – ability to coach, motivate, and drive performance\n
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
