• Lead end-to-end delivery of strategic transformation projects or large workstreams within enterprise programs.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, budgets, and resource allocations, ensuring deliverables meet agreed timelines and objectives.

• Drive stakeholder alignment by facilitating brainstorming sessions, workshops, and problem-solving discussions.

Senior Project Manager

Accounting Manager

• Responsible for the day to day administration of investment funds in relation to Private Equity
• Ensure accurate and timely calculation of net asset values for investment Funds
• Understand the accounting and reporting obligations indicated by incorporation documents of the Funds
• Knowledge of the accounting for investments within Funds
• Experience with diverse Fund structures, such as Master / Feeder Funds, Multi-Currency Funds, SPVs, Sidecars
• Assist the audit process related to Funds, including the preparation of annual financial statements

Senior Associate – PERE Accounting

Account Manager

• Manage the IMD/client portfolio through a ‘net’ perspective ensuring profitable growth opportunities minimise any portfolio loss or re-pricing
• Maintenance of a detailed IMD/client Account Plan as the book of record to maintain history, corporate knowledge and to educate the business and maintain ongoing 18-month plan
• Wide ranging engagement with colleagues in the ACD and across the Group
• Continuously broaden our connectivity across the IMDs/clients’ business and across the C-suite to ensure we are viewed as a partner integral to their business model
• Constantly explore and develop Waystone’s upsell opportunities
• Identify x-sell opportunities for Waystone Group where the ACD has the lead relationship
• Lead semi-annual/annual Strategic Relationship Review (SRR) process lining up executive team members from both organisations to review IMDs/clients’ strategic plans and our response
• Co-ordinate the ‘client team’ approach ensuring full knowledge of all IMD and client initiatives and issues
• Hands on engagement in issue resolution as part of the escalation process beyond the day to day
• Work closely with Client Services ensuring clients expectations are fully understood
• Work collaboratively with Key Account Managers (KAM) on KAM clients
• Responsible for communicating relationship issues to senior management teams across Waystone and leading our response to the IMD/client
• Provides client feedback on product functionality and future trends to senior management
• Negotiates fee agreements within agreed profitability parameters
• Maintenance of all critical information including Salesforce, contact management and call reports

Relationship Manager

Inside Sales

• Execute against white space and Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) outputs provided through the global cross ‑ sell program.
• Engage existing clients via structured account reviews, product roadmap discussions, and targeted outreach focused on priority services and solutions.
• Work closely with Relationship Managers to secure meetings and deliver commercially focused client conversations.
• Identify and engage undermanaged or lightly covered accounts with strong expansion potential.
• Conduct outreach to introduce additional Waystone services, build relationships within client organizations, and identify new stakeholders.
• Support the preparation and delivery of annual account reviews and strategic client check ‑ ins.
• Provide insights into existing service usage and identify opportunities for additional services aligned with client needs and priorities.
• Create, qualify, and manage opportunities within the CRM in line with Waystone process and governance standards.
• Progress opportunities through qualification and engagement stages, coordinating closely with Business Development and Relationship Managers.
• Deliver against agreed activity and performance targets, including client outreach, meetings booked, reviews delivered, and opportunities created.
• Maintain strong pipeline discipline, accurate CRM records, and timely reporting.
• Work collaboratively with Relationship Management, Business Development, Product, and Marketing teams to ensure consistent messaging, coordinated client engagement, and effective follow ‑ up actions.

Inside Sales – Client Engagement, Expansion

Sales Development Rep

• Identify and research potential clients in the asset management and financial services industries using tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Salesforce and industry databases, such as Prequin or Lusha
• Conduct high-volume outbound activities, including cold calls, emails through Hubspot Sales and social media engagement, to connect with prospective clients and schedule meetings for BD Account Executives
• Nurture inbound marketing leads by lead qualification process through emails and discovery calls
• Qualification: Qualify inbound and outbound leads by assessing their needs, budget, and fit with Waystone’s services, ensuring high-quality opportunities are passed to the sales team
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all leads, activities and interactions in Salesforce to support efficient pipeline tracking & reporting
• Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to align on target accounts, campaigns, and messaging to maximize lead conversion
