• Identify and research potential clients in the asset management and financial services industries using tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Salesforce and industry databases, such as Prequin or Lusha

Finance Manager – FTC

Financial Crime

• Independently liaise in a timely and professional manner with the AML Manager and various business stakeholders to complete the client review process
• Carry out AML reviews, financial sanction screenings and independent research on Waystone clients globally;
• Performing anti-money laundering checks in line with AML policies and procedures;
• Prepare the “AML” pack for sign off by AML COE;
• Review, understand and have the ability to discuss anti money laundering regulations with colleagues
• Monitor and update task tracking schedule to ensure all assigned duties are completed within assigned deadlines;
• Maintain checklists/procedures in relation to the AML process;
• Maintain and update AML - Fenergo system.
• Maintain an up to date knowledge of AML regulation and best practice and uses this knowledge to promote enhancements to Waystone’s AML processes and procedures;

Associate – AML

IT Support

• Support the IT team in all aspects of technical service desk management, project tasks and monitoring
• Action and resolve all incidents/requests that come to the service desk queue or phone lines with the agreed service levels
• Ensure that ticket assignments will maximise efficiency
• Escalate tickets to the relevant level if required and request updates
• Ensure that the entire ticket life cycle is carried out with the highest level of customer service through appropriate communication and follow ups

• Governance oversight of statutory records, entity registers and statutory filings, including assurance over accuracy, completeness and timeliness.

• Focus on the production and review of risk analytics, daily investment compliance monitoring, liquidity stress testing, fair value pricing assessments, regulatory reporting and support for product development activities from an investment risk perspective.

• Deal with the different legal and governance aspects related to the different functions of Waystone and especially related to the lifecycle management of investment funds and legal deliverables on strategic projects
• Provide high-quality legal guidance and practical support to Waystone’s internal stakeholders and clients across the full lifecycle of investment funds (launch, operation, restructuring and termination)
• Assist on legal and governance aspects relating to Waystone’s core service lines, with a strong focus on ManCo/AIFM activities and related regulatory frameworks
